They are seeking a Sr. Pricing Specialist to manage freight forwarding and transportation pricing, develop customized pricing strategies, and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
Strategically manage freight forwarding and transportation pricing
Develop customized pricing for OOG (oversized & heavy cargo) transport, including Flat Rack (FR), Open Top (OT), and Breakbulk (BB)
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; negotiate domestic transportation costs (CNTR, Flatbed, OTR) and special equipment rates with carriers
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to optimize pricing strategies and reduce overweight/oversized cargo costs
Report sales and pricing performance on a daily and weekly basis
Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements
Continuously expand knowledge of the domestic supply chain, including market conditions, pricing structures, transportation modes, and equipment
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Korean and English required
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to enhance customer solutions
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for vendor and carrier management
