Enhancing the customer experience through highly accurate transaction processing
Knowledgeably and courteously answering customer questions regarding banking services
Following bank policies and procedures and adhering to applicable government regulations
Performing a variety of account maintenance duties and may open new accounts
Balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Ability to accurately process bank transactions and perform basic math calculations
Basic computer skills
