Responsibilities
Produce or create architectural drawings
Produce or create architectural plan and detail sheets
Review redlines and mark-ups and ensure all items have been picked up prior to any issuance
Review the work of other BIM and drafting personnel to ensure accuracy and conformance to design requirements
Collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, owners, etc. to resolve various coordination items as required throughout the life of the project
Perform work assignments in accordance with the required project scope, timeline, and per all adopted BIM standards
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in professional drafting
Experience in structures for building
Proficient in REVIT Structural, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
