The ideal candidate will provide technical and project management support, oversee client relationships, and lead the office in technical excellence and employee development.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and project management support to clients for all facets of project execution
Generate annual net revenue exceeding Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand annually at 20%+ profit
Direct projects and oversee key client relationships, including the management and development of staff and the development of new business opportunities with support from our business development team
Help lead the office in technical excellence and employee development and collaborate with our other Principals to provide vision and direction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical) or a science-related field
10 + years of environmental consulting experience
State license or professional certification, as appropriate
Experience with state environmental programs/regulations
Experience with project and program management software including Microsoft Project and Excel or other equivalent tools for budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling
Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding oral and written communication skills
Excellent technical writing skills for environmental reports
Outstanding problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated passion for the business of environmental consulting, technical excellence and quality, leadership potential, a commitment to lifelong learning and growth, and the desire to build a long and rewarding career with EDGE
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical) or a science-related field (Geology or Earth Science)
Experience with federal superfund (CERCLA) and RCRA corrective action remediation programs
