In this role, you will support experienced account managers in servicing construction clients, managing policies that protect job sites and equipment.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day servicing of construction accounts, including issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, and updating client records
Support the team in managing coverage such as general liability, workers’ compensation, builder’s risk, and commercial auto
Help review contracts and insurance requirements under supervision to ensure compliance with project specifications
Respond to client inquiries and carrier communications with professionalism and accuracy
Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of insurance products, agency systems, and construction industry exposures
Collaborate with senior account managers and producers to deliver excellent client service and maintain strong relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience); coursework in business, finance, or risk management a plus
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus but not required
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment
