Responsibilities
Identify and target high-potential prospects among companies with annual revenues exceeding $400 million in the United States and $750 million in Canada
Execute aggressive prospecting and cold-calling strategies to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying new opportunities for growth
Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs, aligning our solutions with their strategic goals
Secure meetings to create momentum and active prospect engagement to drive the sales process to a successful conclusion
Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor proposals and deliver exceptional value propositions
Create and conduct presentations working with the Sales Operations team to obtain and review client data, finalize reports, and deliver findings to the prospective client
Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients
Manage and further develop the client relationship to facilitate additional business and referrals
Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of successful sales experience required and a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on selling to large companies
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling, consistently delivering results
Exhibits relentless drive and determination to achieve sales goals, consistently seeking new opportunities and overcoming obstacles with a positive attitude
Able to handle rejection gracefully maintaining motivation and focus on long-term success while continuously refining sales strategies based on client feedback
Ability and passion for developing long-standing business relationships and maintaining customer focus
High sales aptitude, self-motivation, and drive to hunt for new business
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel within the designated sales territory
