Bhired is a dynamic and growing company seeking an Account Sales Manager to join their team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and driving the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure and after-sales support
Attend 3-4 trade shows annually to represent the company, network, and grow the customer base
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and expectations
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales and account management, ideally within a B2B setting
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships
Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Preferred
Experience attending or presenting at trade shows is a plus
