Responsibilities
Manage the scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects, and work with a matrixed team to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time
Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and client teams, and will manage construction, procurement, invoice preparation, and project documentation
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client goals and drive business growth
Lead project acquisition efforts, identify opportunities, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to prepare bids and interviews for jobs
Have a working knowledge of client and industry standards related to design and construction, and will be able to negotiate solutions to client concerns or project overages
A valid driver's license
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field
At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field and position
Strong skills in MS Office
Preferred
PMP certification
EIT or PE license
Master's degree in engineering or related science, business, or organizational management
A working knowledge of client and industry design and construction standards
