Qualification

Licensed intern in NVDegree in behavioral scienceExperience providing therapyTraining in therapy modalitiesEvidence-based practicesExperience in private practiceNeurodivergent clientsExperience using Simple Practice

Required

A master's degree in behavioral science such as psychology, social work, counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy, from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or within 3 months of graduate school graduation
Licensed as an intern in the state of NV to practice therapy
A minimum of one years experience providing therapy to adults, teens, children, families or couples in an outpatient setting. Student internships and practicums may be considered as experience
Training in a minimum of one modality (i.e. CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, ERP, EFT, etc.)
Experience and understanding of evidence-based practices

Preferred

Experience working in a private practice or group practice setting is preferred, but not required
Experience working with neurodivergent clients AND maintaining an LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy
Experience using Simple Practice

Benefits

Paid admin time.
Monthly CEU stipend: $600/year, $50/month. To support you in completing CEUs.
Monthly tech stipend: $300/year, $25/month since you’ll be using your own phone and computer.
Raises at 12, 24, and 36 months of employment.
Health Insurance.
Up to $400 of the employee’s monthly premium paid by Wandering Pine Wellness.
A minimum of 21 billable client hours/week are required to maintain insurance benefits.
If you opt out of our insurance plan, you will receive a healthcare waiver stipend of $300/month paid out at $150 per paycheck.
Healthcare coverage begins after 60 days of employment.
401k retirement plan after 3 months of employment.
Work from home capabilities. (two days in office required).
Paid admin time for onboarding training.
Office space is included.
Use of our health records system. (Simple Practice).
All marketing is done for you.
All billing is done for you.
