Responsibilities

Angiography Technologists perform imaging procedures according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment

Angiography, Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Technologists provide the highest quality care using the most advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment in our Cardiovascular and Hybrid labs located at Emanuel Medical Center

Qualification

Required

Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program

Current applicable state LRT, ARRT-R, and ACLS is required

Current American Heart Association BLS is also required

Current applicable state licensure for Radiological Technologist (LRT) required

Current national registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) required

ACLS required - Levels II, III and IV

ACLS required for Level I within six months of hire

Preferred

One-year previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization preferred

1-year of previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization, ACLS, BLS, applicable state LRT and ARRT-R required

2-years previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization is required

3-years of previous experience in the field of Angiography/ Catheterization required

RCIS, CI, VI is preferred

Advanced certification (RCIS, CI, VI) preferred - Levels I, II and III

Benefits

Relocation: This position is eligible for relocation assistance for those moving from outside the area

Shift Differential: evening - $2.50 /hr, night - $4.30 /hr, weekend - $3.00 /hr

Standby Pay: $15 /hr
