The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil design, task management, and CAD software, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities
Perform engineering design tasks for aviation-related civil projects
Prepare and develop contract documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and improve department quality control standards and procedures
Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other topographic/geologic data for project planning
Conduct design computations and ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Manage or coordinate project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited program
Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent
4–8 years of experience in civil design, preferably in aviation projects
Experience in task management and project coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer / MicroStation
Strong skills in construction cost estimation and technical specification writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, Engineering Briefs, and Orders
Experience with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria
Familiarity with project management principles (scheduling, budgeting, and documentation)
Prior supervisory or project lead experience
Road/Highway design experience is a plus
