Responsibilities

Issue and distribute daily loan pricing across all origination channels
Confirm, accept, and manage rate locks from Retail and Wholesale
Monitor locked loan pipelines and perform necessary changes or rate adjustments
Communicate investor guidelines, pricing policies, and delivery requirements to internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to pipeline rate lock policies to maintain profitability in varying market conditions
Prepare and submit required reports to investors and internal management regarding loan origination, sales, and servicing
Collaborate with internal departments to support secondary market operations
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and qualitative data
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass Loan Origination System is a plus
Prior experience in secondary marketing or capital markets within the mortgage industry preferred
