Responsibilities

Enforce Company policies with Superintendents

Communicate with Director of Operations as requested to ensure timeliness of project and attend meetings as necessary with Operations and Client

Assist in the selection and development of field personnel

Support the planning and estimating staff by assisting in the development of customer proposals

Oversee the enforcement of all Safety, Company and Client policies and procedures

Focus on completing projects in a quality manner showing the Company’s overall commitment to high standards

Manage costs for each project

Manage multiple projects, tasks and resources

Continually evaluate the use of full-time and project-based personnel

Demonstrate excellent relational skills with customer, sub-contractors and subordinates

Pursue the use of new methods and technologies in an effort to shorten schedules and increase profits without sacrificing quality standards

Hold daily “tail-gate” safety meetings at the beginning of each shift

Follow all Company Safety, Quality Control/ Quality Assurance procedures and OSHA guidelines

Understand and articulate mechanical concepts (i.e. drawings)

See, read, write and understand communication including directions, instructions and warning signs

Maintain poise and focus under time constraint

Attend and complete trainings as required by the Company and client

Pass all required drug/alcohol testing and background requirements

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

7 years of managerial experience

at least 5 years of supervisory experience in related industry
