Responsibilities
Manage website (and other digital) projects
Lead web development initiatives
Translate clients' needs into an innovative online presence
Handle scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications
Oversee project execution and ensure quality and innovation
Work collaboratively with UXers, Designers, and Developers
Make strategic project decisions and utilize the QIST Fund
Qualification
Required
Minimum experience: Mid-level
Extensive experience in website design
Ability to lead web development initiatives
Experience with CMS's, especially Drupal, WordPress, and Webflow
Hands-on experience with Drupal and WordPress
Ability to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications
Strong project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with UXers, Designers, and Developers
Ability to deal with project challenges and curveballs
Ability to make strategic decisions and oversee execution
Passion and energy for the work
