Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Property Managers, Leasing Managers, and Coordinators across markets
Oversee day-to-day property management operations (residential, multifamily, HOA)
Ensure portfolio performance: ≤21 DOM, ≤3% vacancy, ≥95% rent collection
Manage client escalations and ensure owner & tenant satisfaction
Partner with Maintenance, Leasing, and Finance teams to keep everything in sync
Improve workflows, tech systems, and scale our operations across portfolios
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in Property Management (4+ in senior leadership)
Strong track record managing large portfolios (300+ units)
Skilled in team leadership, client relations, and operational excellence
Proficient with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property platforms
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, and HOA compliance
Strategic thinker who thrives on systems, accountability, and growth
Preferred
CPM/ARM certification
