ArchKey Solutions is a leader in integrated facility services, and they are seeking a Construction Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry. The intern will assist with project requirements, service installation, and support the Regional Service team and project managers.

Responsibilities

Assist with quantity takeoffs and material cost calculations for various construction projects
Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare cost estimates
Collaborate with project teams to gather data and validate assumptions
Research vendor pricing and maintain up-to-date cost databases
Participate in bid preparations and pre-construction planning meetings

Required

Must currently be enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Construction Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
