Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based hematology/oncology care to adult patients
Collaborate with local clinic teams, APPs, and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient experiences
Participate in tumor boards, clinical trials, and TOI quality initiatives
Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows while maintaining TOI’s high standards of care
Support mentorship and training within local teams when assigned

Qualification

Board Certified in Hematology/OncologyPost-fellowship experienceValue-based careActive state licensureMultidisciplinary collaboration

Required

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Active or eligible for licensure in one or more of TOI's service states (CA, NV, AZ, TX, FL, OR)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, value-based environments
Willingness to travel and work at multiple TOI locations

Preferred

Minimum of 1-year post-fellowship experience preferred, but not required
