Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and acquire new business through consultative sales strategies, catering to both new and existing Private Clients
Design Bespoke Insurance Programs: Craft tailored insurance solutions with top-rated carriers, specifically designed for the unique needs of HNW and UHNW individuals
Collaborate for Success: Partner with Client Service Managers to seamlessly onboard new clients, nurture relationships, and support the renewal process
Deliver Exceptional Service: Work alongside account management teams to ensure clients receive personalized service that exceeds expectations, fostering long-term retention
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain a robust referral network with key centers of influence, including bankers, wealth advisors, and attorneys who serve HNW and UHNW clientele
Leverage Industry Technology: Utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance sales, client service, and account management
Plan for Growth: Prepare and execute a personalized business plan and production budget to achieve your goals
Collaborate Across Divisions: Foster strong interdivision and intercompany relationships, aligning with our corporate culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required
OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
Preferred
Professional designation may be preferred
