Responsibilities
Analyze customer database trends to identify opportunities for client retention, growth, and improved personalization
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to assess best practices in CRM, data capture, and clienteling strategies
Partner with cross-functional and global retail teams to support the design and rollout of a new clienteling tool that fosters stronger client relationships
Build and manage segmented client lists for personalized outreach and retention campaigns
Monitor, report, and optimize CRM KPIs to continuously improve customer data quality and engagement outcomes
Qualification
Required
Analytical – able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Detail-oriented – precise in data capture, reporting, and list creation
Collaborative – comfortable working across teams and global functions
Proactive – takes initiative in identifying opportunities and improvements
Adaptable – quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with a 3.0 overall GPA minimum
