Responsibilities
Program and troubleshoot Fanuc paint robots
Monitor and improve daily FTQ performance on 2nd shift
Analyze KPI data to identify trends and reduce scrap
Implement and support continuous improvement activities
Maintain effective communication with other departments and shifts
Ensure compliance with all customer paint specifications
Mentor and support technical development of 2nd shift paint technicians
Qualification
Required
Experience with Fanuc Robotics and paint programming
Experience with bell and gun paint applications
Knowledge of paint quality metrics and defect reduction strategies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience working in the automotive industry
Experience with automation, electrical, or PLCs
