Build pipelines of world-class commercial leaders aligned to Empower’s growth strategy
Continuously map and segment talent in sales, marketing, payer, and access functions
Cultivate long-term executive relationships that keep Empower top-of-mind
Track revenue trends, payer strategies, and leadership moves across competitors
Monitor ecosystem signals including launches, M&A, and formulary changes
Deliver real-time, actionable market briefings to Empower’s leadership
Implement structured evaluation frameworks to assess commercial leadership impact
Prepare stakeholders to evaluate revenue expansion, payer negotiations, and brand growth
Lead calibrated decision-making that aligns with Empower’s growth strategy
Architect offers tailored to commercial leaders with competitive structures and incentives
Deliver persuasive value propositions emphasizing growth, market access, and mission
Lead closing strategies that anticipate counteroffers and incentive complexities
Design pre-onboarding experiences introducing commercial hires to Empower’s growth plans
Anticipate transition challenges, including incentive rollover and relocation
Maintain checkpoints to accelerate engagement and retention

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and advisory capability
