Head of Growth
Ejam Inc is a profitable, omnichannel snack brand looking for a Head of Growth who is actively engaged in Facebook Ads Manager. The role involves owning the growth engine, managing performance marketing, and directly negotiating with creators to drive both online sales and in-store velocities.

Responsibilities
Personally manage and optimize $500K-$1M/month in Meta/Google spend
Build campaigns, test audiences, write ad copy, analyze creative data YOURSELF
Design geo-targeted campaigns for our retail partners (especially Kroger launch)
Personally manage whitelisting campaigns across 100+ creators
YOU negotiate with macro influencers and YouTubers (10M+ subscribers)
YOU write the briefs, YOU review the content, YOU launch the ads
Build creator content that drives DTC sales AND retail traffic
Create geo-targeted digital campaigns that drive store velocities
Track digital → retail impact and optimize based on real velocity data
Own Kroger launch digital strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in Facebook Ads Manager
Hands-on management and optimization of $500K-$1M/month in Meta/Google spend
Ability to build campaigns, test audiences, write ad copy, and analyze creative data personally
Experience in designing geo-targeted campaigns for retail partners
Direct management of whitelisting campaigns across 100+ creators
Negotiation skills with macro influencers and YouTubers (10M+ subscribers)
Ability to write briefs, review content, and launch ads personally
Experience in building creator content that drives DTC sales and retail traffic
Experience in building a TikTok Shop to $1M+/month
Ability to create geo-targeted digital campaigns that drive store velocities
Experience in tracking digital to retail impact and optimizing based on real velocity data
Ownership of digital strategy and execution for Kroger launch
