Patent prosecution in electrical engineering or software-related technologies, including:
Machine learning, artificial intelligence, or neural networks
Radio frequency (RF) circuitry
Hardware and/or communications security (e.g., encryption/decryption)
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics
Strong academic achievement
Prior law firm, engineering, or industry experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
J.D. required
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
USPTO admission required
Preferred
Patent prosecution in electrical engineering or software-related technologies
Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or neural networks
Experience with radio frequency (RF) circuitry
