Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners
Supervise painting crews and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Review and process change orders
Conduct regular site visits and project status meetings
Manage material procurement and inventory
Prepare detailed project documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial painting project management experience
Strong knowledge of commercial painting materials, techniques, and applications
Proven experience with project scheduling and budget management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
OSHA safety certification preferred
