Responsibilities

Establish effective program oversight and engage the appropriate stakeholders to support the program execution, and enable superior customer experience

Develop complex program plans to support successful project delivery

Hold accountability for profit and loss of programs

Direct and coordinate activities of program personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget

Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management

Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy-in and project success

Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical execution of the programs

Manage expectations of all project stakeholders, at all levels, from the project team to the project executives

Manage multiple projects, project resources, and project governance

Mentor, coach, and assist in directing the work of several project managers and team members, each responsible for an element of the project and its associated project team

Required

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline

OR (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree

OR (8) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree

OR (5) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD

Business/Commerce or Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study

Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws

As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law
