Responsibilities
Contribute to Epic’s mobile strategy by driving initiatives that increase reach, engagement, and monetization on this platform
Partner with the development teams to design, implement, and optimize the experience for mobile players
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support user acquisition funnels, localization efforts, and go-to-market strategies
Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements that improve mobile performance and player experience across backend and frontend systems
Leverage insights from the analytics team to define measurable goals, track performance, and share updates with key stakeholders
Partner with product leadership to translate company direction into actionable plans for mobile initiatives
Drive alignment across teams by clearly documenting and communicating product requirements, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games
Experience shipping and optimizing mobile games; cross-platform (PC/console + mobile) experience a strong plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into actionable product decisions
Proven success contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
A passion for games and a deep understanding of growth, retention, and monetization principles that create value for players
