Responsibilities
Analyze and problem-solve to ensure objectives are completed
Collaborate with customers and colleagues
Train and implement processes for overall efficiency in MOD Front Line Offices
Support Region Managers and District leaders in safety and training initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive and successful Modernization field experience
Strong background at the field modernization level
Progressive and demonstrated installation management and training skills covering a broad range of modernization of elevators and escalators
Experience supervising, managing, and leading people within a union workforce
Knowledge gained through a bachelor's degree within a technical curriculum and/or equivalent elevator-escalator industry experience
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
