Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and recipients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions
Process and verify customer information, account details, and payment transactions with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist recipients in understanding account details, payment timelines, and service-related policies
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Support daily operational functions, including data entry, account updates, and transaction monitoring
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery
Promote a customer-first culture by delivering responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented service
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing enhanced service procedures
