Responsibilities

Lead technical support for GKN Core Processes and ensure compliance with standards
Drive internal audits and KPI improvements through action planning and reporting
Support the Technology & Manufacturing Development Manager in updating standards and developing local skills
Attend regional and global meetings to align with international best practices
Design and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment
Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing
Deliver training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Manage small to medium-scale projects and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
