Responsibilities
Work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings
Deliver high quality advice to our clients
Collaborate with professionals throughout the firm
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant experience within investment banking, or an MBA with 3+ years of experience, and with a proven track record working on complex executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills
Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
Series licensed or must obtain
Preferred
Experience in the software industry is strongly preferred, but not required
