InternSinclair Inc. is a diversified media company and a leading provider of local news and sports. They are seeking a News Intern for Winter/Spring 2025-2026 to gain real-world newsroom experience and learn about news production through hands-on training and observational learning.

Responsibilities
Gain real-world newsroom experience and learn how the News is produced from start to finish through observational learning and hands-on training
Work with reporters, anchors, producers, editors, and photographers, in-house and out in the field
Receive training on various topics including how to produce a news segment from the control room, how to research and pitch a great story, how to operate camera equipment, what shots matter, and more
Qualification
Required
Must be attending an accredited college or university or is a recent college graduate
Willing to work approximately 15 hours a week for 10 weeks, beginning in December 2025
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work from our Roanoke (Lynchburg), VA location
