They are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects, ensuring effective communication and compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities
Create and manage project budgets
Corroborate with other departments to ensure project schedules are maintained
Maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives
Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders as necessary
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must have the ability to read and understand drawings
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred but not required
Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred but not required
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
