They are seeking a Senior CAD Designer - Land Development to support a wide range of projects, focusing on developing detailed technical drawings, calculating material quantities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure all designs meet project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate presentation, design, and construction documents using AutoCAD

Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients

Interpret relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements to guide the design process

Implement and utilize established CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality

Calculate quantities, areas, and other essential data necessary for land development civil engineering designs

Travel periodically to perform site investigations, take measurements, and observe construction progress, followed by the preparation of detailed reports and exhibits

Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines and ensure timely submission to agencies with jurisdiction

Perform other duties as assigned
