Recruiting Coordinator
Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers, managing schedules, and providing operational support to the Operating Director.

Responsibilities
Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers
Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers
Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director
On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare
At least one year of managerial experience
Preferred
