Business Development Executive – BPO Services
VIZX Global is a fast-growing BPO and RPO firm committed to connecting enterprises with Africa’s top talent. They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build trusted relationships while positioning VIZX’s value proposition globally, particularly in North America and Europe.

Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients interested in offshore BPO services (staffing, back-office, contact center, payroll, etc.)
Build a robust pipeline of B2B prospects across target industries and geographies (USA, Europe, Africa)
Conduct outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, webinars, and industry events
Understand client needs and tailor VIZX’s service offerings to match their business goals
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to C-level decision-makers
Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process to close deals
Actively position Kenya and Africa as high-quality outsourcing destinations
Identify trends, client pain points, and market gaps to inform solution design and go-to-market strategies
Work with marketing and leadership to develop relevant collateral and campaigns
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project handover
Provide regular feedback from the market to help refine offerings
Track and report sales activities, pipeline health, and deal progress in CRM systems
Provide monthly reports on performance, client conversations, and revenue forecasts
Contribute to quarterly growth planning and target setting
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales, BPO business development, or outsourcing consultancy
Proven experience selling African or Kenyan services to international clients (especially in the USA or Europe)
Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry, including value drivers and objections
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across cultures and industries
Proficient in CRM tools, proposal writing, and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or remotely
Preferred
A network of outsourcing buyers, consultants, or C-level decision-makers
Experience working in a BPO firm serving healthcare, tech, real estate, or back-office clients
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and international procurement
