Responsibilities
Develop and articulate the vision for UI/UX within the wealth management product line
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement
Stay informed on UI/UX trends and best practices to inform product development
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews to ensure alignment on product goals
Collaborate with engineering teams during the development process to ensure design integrity is maintained
Engage with clients and users to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points
Conduct demos and training sessions to showcase UI/UX enhancements and features
Define success metrics for UI/UX initiatives and regularly monitor performance against these indicators
Utilize analytics to drive design decisions and improve user satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in UI/UX design and development for digital products
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and gather feedback
Experience in defining success metrics and utilizing analytics for design decisions
Preferred
Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
