Assisting carrier reps and managers with freight booking and tracking
Reviewing margin performance and service updates in team huddles
Shadowing leaders to see how pricing, capacity, and service decisions are made
Taking ownership of assignments like data checks, reporting, and carrier outreach
Analyzing booking patterns and presenting findings on prebooking, timing, and margin impact
Supporting service campaigns such as proactive carrier sourcing and incentive tracking
Preparing reports for leadership on regional performance and service gaps
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Clear communication, both written and verbal
Attention to detail when reviewing load and carrier data
Confidence to engage carriers by phone
Curiosity about logistics, supply chain, and business operations
