Responsibilities
Comfortable portraying oneself using video software and hardware
Develop positive relationships with members and coworkers by listening carefully and respectfully
Structure, quote and follow up on loan transactions from origination to close through all virtual channels
Responsible for the opening and modifying of consumer accounts via video or web
Ability to assist members with account modifications
Demonstrate the essential skills related to the use of the credit union's computer systems and other related equipment connected to job responsibilities
Proficient in quoting rates and opening sub-shares
Provide general IRA information and investment options in addition to process transaction on IRAs
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products, listen to customers, and effectively overcome customer objections
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to translate and interpret with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
