Responsibilities

Start work promptly at 7:00 AM and drive a company vehicle to assigned customer locations (3-4 visits a day)

Conduct detailed inspections of projects by checking attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and the surrounding areas of customers' homes

Identify discrepancies or issues in ongoing or completed projects, with a focus on rodent-related problems or other quality concerns

Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and easing any frustrations, ensuring a positive experience

Solve problems independently on-site, taking appropriate measures to rectify issues and ensure project standards are met

Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and resolutions for reporting and follow-up
