Documentation Best Practices: Ensure compliance with Documentation Best Practices, maintaining accurate and thorough records
Ability to record data manually on data collection forms and input data using a computer
Keeps organized, accurate and detailed records of test performed
Laboratory Best Practices: Adhere to Good Laboratory Best Practices and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Chemical Handling: Ability to handle chemicals and cleaners while following all safety protocols and wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety e.g. lab coat, gloves, protective eyewear. Training will be provided on safe handling procedures and the use of PPE
Protocol/Training Understanding: Understand and follow established protocols/trainings accurately
Ability to recognize deviations from test methods/expected results
Communication: Communicate any observations or anomalies found during testing promptly and clearly. Monitor test progress and keeps requestor informed
Collaboration and Adaptability: Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changes in protocols or procedures as needed
Additional skills: Identifies need for escalation to supervisor and test owner
Exhibit strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Effective verbal, written, listening, and reading skills in English
Ensure compliance with Documentation Best Practices, maintaining accurate and thorough records
