Human Resources Management Consultant
Flex HR is seeking a self-directed Human Resources Management Consultant to develop and execute human resource strategies that align with clients' business plans. The role involves creating employee handbooks, managing benefits audits, onboarding new hires, and ensuring HR compliance across multiple states.
Responsibilities
Create an employee handbook for the client
Manage in-depth benefits audits for the client
Develop organizational charts for the client
Manage HR-related key performance indicators for the client
Develop ongoing growth plans for the client
Onboard new hires
Offboard departing employees
Manage any leaves of absence
Work with managers for disciplinary actions
Manage HR compliance in multiple states
Optimize existing HR technology and new technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
15+ years' experience in Human Resources
Demonstrate strong discipline to prioritize and manage workload including balancing the time between calls and processing requests
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Preferred
Ideally have your own LLC for an HR consulting practice
Live around the Dallas, TX area
