They are seeking a Technical Security Program Intern to assist in pivoting current security processes and programs from planning through implementation over a 10-week internship. The role involves program planning, resource management, quality control, collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation.

Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing program objectives, defining scope, and ensuring designs meet technical requirements, team needs and company standards
Coordinate personnel to ensure efficient project execution
Perform customer journeys, prepare executive readouts, and ensure the final programs meet specifications
Work closely with security program manager, supervisors, and other engineers to execute and document programs effectively
Contribute to identifying obstacles, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop innovative solutions
Prepare technical documentation drafts, updates and stakeholder presentations
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical program design background
Deep understanding of engineering principles and hands-on knowledge of evolving technical programs
Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and Clickup
Excellent time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks, coordinate teams, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Analytical skills to address complex technical challenges and make sound, dependable recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical plans, document progress, and present information effectively
