Responsibilities

Conduct thermal analysis and simulation using CFD software tools
Design and develop cooling solutions for electronic systems and components
Create and analyze thermal models to predict system performance
Perform thermal testing and validation of designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers
Document technical specifications and test results
Troubleshoot thermal-related issues in existing products
Recommend design improvements for thermal performance optimization

Qualification

Thermal analysis softwareHeat transfer principlesThermal engineering experienceCAD softwareProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in thermal engineering
Proficiency in thermal analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, FloTHERM, or similar)
Strong understanding of heat transfer principles and thermodynamics
Experience with CAD software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Master's degree in related field
Experience with electronics cooling
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Experience with thermal testing equipment
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
