Closely working with product and developers and other teams/groups to help document requirements and create stories to help develop applications that meet the needs of FX engineering
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong FX product knowledge with RFQ and other strategies
Deep understanding of FX markets
Spots, Forwards, Swaps, Algos, Options
Experience working with product managers and engineers gathering, refining, documenting requirements
Expertise in breaking down requirements into jira stories
Proven track record of delivering goals
Knowledge & Experience of modern agile development methodologies
Self-motivated and self-directed, able to work effectively in a globally distributed team, managing multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with SQL and NoSQL
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
