Responsibilities

Travel to properties to show to prospective tenants and ensure the unit is prepped prior to their arrival
Note feedback from prospects and ensure the property is properly locked up afterwards
Assess the current state of a property in terms of physical condition upon start of management and during tenant move-ins & move-outs
Make note of any deficiencies in the property that will need further review using an app with a guided template
Work independently and efficiently to meet expected turnaround for evaluations
Travel to properties, meet with prospects, homeowners, and tenants, conduct evaluations, take detailed photos and notes, and prepare reports through the company system
Evaluate all exterior areas, interior common areas, and the functionality of electric and plumbing systems
