Responsibilities
Chase goals and celebrate wins by hitting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Be the spark—make the first connection with new leads and prospects
Set the stage by booking phone calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients
Become a problem-solver by helping clients understand risk management and finding the right life and health solutions for them
Master the playbook by learning and applying Trucordia’s proven sales strategies
Work smarter, not harder by using our sales tools and management platform to keep everything on track
Qualification
Required
A self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated to learn, achieve goals, and grow in a professional sales career
Comfortable engaging with clients in both phone and in-person settings
Interested in building a long-term career in insurance, financial services, or sales
Preferred
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree (all majors welcome, business-related majors a plus)
Prior sales, customer service, or campus leadership experience is a bonus, but not required
