Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and timelines
Identify project goals and objectives
Create project budget and track expenses
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Lead project team meetings and ensure tasks are completed on time
Identify and resolve any project issues or roadblocks
Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
Communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements
Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project plans
Identify project resource needs and allocate resources accordingly
Manage contracts, bids, and installation resources
Manage internal and external resources simultaneously, allocating resources as needed
Identify and resolve any resource conflicts
Create project reports for stakeholders
Document project progress and updates
Maintain project documentation and ensure it is readily accessible to stakeholders
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Conduct project evaluations and produce final project reports

Required

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulations
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Experience in developing and implementing project management strategies and plans
Knowledge of risk management and project scheduling techniques

Preferred

Previous project management experience in a construction related field
Understanding of water treatment processes, piping systems, and equipment installation is a plus
