Axiom Consultants is seeking an Information System Security Manager III to oversee the Navy's cybersecurity program implementation and ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA cybersecurity requirements. This role involves developing and managing cybersecurity strategies, personnel, and policies, while also managing day-to-day operations of the information security program.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the Navy's cybersecurity program implementation

Ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy, and NAVSEA cybersecurity requirements

Developing and managing cybersecurity strategy, personnel, and policies

Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Navy information systems

Implementing, enforcing, and maintaining the Navy's cybersecurity strategy

Managing the day-to-day operations of the information security program

Overseeing system accreditation, certification, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes

Coordinating with Navy leadership, program managers, and IT stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity into operations and acquisitions

Required

Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university

Eight (8) years of experience coordinating with various levels of an organization to oversee and manage information security program implementation within the organization or other area of responsibility

Must have managed cyber strategy, personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and/or other resources

Must have at least ONE of the Certification below: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP
