Collection of monthly premiums from policyholders in one or more assigned agencies
Answering questions or referring customers to proper department to resolve any issues
Follow-up on customer inquiries or concerns to ensure completion
Follow up on any outstanding balances to avoid policy lapses
Use of technology to process premium payments
Administrative responsibilities in updating and maintaining customer and payment information

Required

Customer service experience
The ability to visit customers in-person at their homes
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with required 100/300 auto insurance
Dependable vehicle as daily travel is required
Ability to meet the requirements of a background check, motor vehicle report check and drug test
Excellent communication skills – both in person, via telephone and in writing
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Exceptional customer service skills
Resourcefulness in answering questions or solving any issues for the customer
Consistent follow up on any open issues related to customers
Takes initiative and is self-driven to succeed
