Responsibilities
Sort out day-to-day queries of end users in SAP
Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements and then develop and map solutions in the SAP system
Manage configuration of SAP FICO settings (FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL, CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-ML, PS, etc.) and Integration with other SAP Modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.)
Analyze and provide functional support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Prepare design documents and detailed specifications for Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
Prepare the Business Blueprint Document for implementation of projects
Prepare business processes flow and end-user training documents of SAP processes for the business team
Support Finance controllers in Standard Cost Estimation rollouts
Coordinate with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and provide solutions in SAP
Provide training to new users on SAP transactions & processes
Qualification
Required
Certified management accountant (CPA/CMA) is highly valued
Bachelor's degree is required, and a major in Finance or Costing is strongly preferred
Experience in S/4HANA is mandatory
Five (5) years of experience with SAP FICO with at least two end-to-end implementation projects is required
An understanding of accounting business processes is required
Must possess excellent knowledge in Finance New General Ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable (must have Automatic Payment Program exposure), and accounts receivable
Must possess excellent knowledge in product costing
Must possess excellent knowledge in cost center and Internal order accounting
Must possess excellent knowledge in Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Must possess excellent knowledge in integration of Finance and Controlling modules with other modules
Must possess excellent knowledge in Bank Accounting (preferably to have experience in H2H & In-House Cash Management)
Must possess excellent knowledge in taxation
Must possess excellent knowledge in material ledger & Actual costing
Must possess excellent knowledge in understanding of Master data
Must possess excellent knowledge in knowledge of Fiori Apps
Must possess excellent knowledge in understanding of CDS view in S/4 Hana
Must possess excellent knowledge in knowledge and understanding in Management reporting
Strong skills in Excel (able to perform all basic functions such as Pivots, V-lookup, and formulas) are required
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS) & USA Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) are required
Preferred
A major in Finance or Costing is strongly preferred
Previous business/ manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
